Yes. Our shop is at 38-2339 Ogilvie Rd, inside Browns Cleaners, Beacon Hill Shopping Centre, Ottawa, ON. Drop off a bag, then choose home delivery or pick it up in store when it's ready.

Home pickup isn't part of our standard service. VIP door-to-door (we collect and deliver) is a premium option with an extra fee and limited availability, and we confirm every request. Choose it when you book, or call or text 613-600-3620 to ask.

Most orders are ready in about 2 days. We confirm the timing with you when we confirm your request.
