- VIP door-to-door: extra fee, confirmed before we collect
How per-pound pricing works
We weigh your laundry and charge by the pound. A light week costs less, a big family week costs more, and the price always follows the size of your load.
What affects your total
- The weight of your laundry.
- Bulky items such as comforters or large blankets, which we quote separately.
- Home delivery, if you choose it. We confirm any delivery fee before we deliver.
- VIP door-to-door (we collect and deliver) carries an extra fee.
Not sure what your load will weigh? That's fine, just choose "not sure" when you book and we'll handle the rest.
